In yet another sensational leak, the iPhone 6 phablet pictures became public. The new phone from apple, supposed to be called ‘iPhone Air’ is the largest version of iPhone apple has ever built.

There will however, be two versions of the phone, a sensational 5.5 inch version and another, a 4.7” version. It is also being speculated that the handset measures 158mm by 78mm and has a thickness of just 7mm. The handset boasts of a scratch proof sapphire screen with a retina display and resolution of 1704x904. The phone could have a faster A8 processor and possibly a high quality rear facing camera with changeable lenses.
It is touted that apple will also unveil its health monitoring gadget -iWatch along with the two iPhone6 versions, on September 9.
The invites for the event have been sent however, they do not reveal many details. Venue for the event is Flint Center for the Performing Arts at De Anza College, Cupertino. Definitely nostalgic and a moment of pride for apple as this is the same place where 30 years ago, legendary Steve Jobs unveiled original MAC 30.
An enormous structure has already been erected at the venue to conceal the site where apple is set to launch its latest device ‘The iPhone 6’. The iWatch, that will be unveiled alongside the phablet, supposedly, will make good use of apples health kit – a health and fitness platform.

With this launch apple will stand as a strong competitor against the smart phone manufacturers like Samsung and Google who have forayed into the wearable technology and personal luxury items.
